Find answers to common questions about our Legacy Trips and qualification process.
Q. Who is eligible to qualify for a Legacy Trip?
A. All Wellness Advocates registered in Australia and New Zealand who meet the qualification criteria during the qualification period.
Q. Do I need to register to take part in a Legacy Trip?
A. No registration is required. All eligible Wellness Advocates are automatically considered based on qualification performance.
Q. I qualified for a Legacy Trip. Can I bring a plus one and can they participate in the trip?
A. There is one (1) prize per account.
- Partner buy-in options may be offered subject to availability.
- For two-person accounts, buy-in for the second person on the account will be prioritised, also subject to availability.
Rank Qualification Scenarios
Q. If I rank advance to Silver in 2026 then hit Silver three times, and then achieve Gold once or twice within the qualification period, do I get both trips?
A. No. You qualify for an experience only when the required rank is achieved the specified number of times. In this scenario, you would qualify for the Silver experience. You would only qualify for the Gold experience if Gold is achieved the required number of times within the qualification period.
Q. If I achieve Silver once and Gold three times, which experience do I qualify for?
A. You may choose either the Silver experience or the Gold experience, not both. To qualify for both experiences, each rank must be achieved the required number of times during the qualification period.
Q. If I hit Silver three times and then hit Gold three times within the qualification period, do I qualify for two trips?
A. Yes. Provided all achievements occur within the qualification period and all other requirements are met, you would qualify for both experiences.
Q. If I hit Premier for the first time in March, and again in April, then I rank advance to Silver in May, and then hit Premier in June and July which trip do I qualify for?
A. You will qualify for the Premier Experience.
Q. If I hit Diamond before September 2024 and have not re ranked at Diamond anytime since, can I hit Platinum twice in 2026 to qualify?
A. Yes for the 2027 trip.
Q. If I hit Diamond or Platinum in 2025 do I have to re rank at that rank twice to qualify for the trip?
A. Yes you would need to hit Diamond if you ranked Diamond in 2025 and Platinum if you ranked Platinum in 2025.
Q. Do I need to retain enrollership of all 24 personal enrolments for the entire qualification period?
A. No. Enrollership only needs to be retained for the qualifying month until commissions are paid.
Q. If I personally enrol members from outside Australia and New Zealand, will they count toward my qualification?
A. No. Only Australia and New Zealand personal enrolments count toward qualification.
Q. Can I qualify for more than one Legacy Trip in the same qualification period?
A. Yes, provided you meet the full qualification requirements for each experience within the qualification period.
Q. What if I qualify but can no longer attend the trip?
A. Legacy Trips must be accepted and taken as awarded. Trips cannot be deferred, transferred or exchanged for another experience.
Terms and Conditions
- One (1) prize per account.
- Partner buy-in options will be offered subject to availability.
- For two-person accounts, buy-in for the second person on the account will be prioritised, also subject to availability.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport, visas, and meet all entry requirements for the destination. Inability to travel due to documentation or entry requirements does not entitle the qualifier to a transfer, refund, deferral or alternative reward.
- Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance and must be fit to travel in order to participate.
- Legacy Trips must be taken as scheduled and cannot be deferred, substituted or exchanged for another experience.
- Acceptance of any trip is required within the designated registration timeframe.
- All upgrade requests and changes to the original booking are the responsibility of the winner and must be paid for by them.
- Any expenses not expressly included in the published trip inclusions are the responsibility of the participant. This includes, but is not limited to, personal expenses, additional meals, beverages, incidentals, optional activities, and costs associated with early arrival or extended stays.
- Trips are not transferable, not redeemable, have no cash value, and must be accepted as awarded.
- Each dōTERRA Wellness Advocate must be active and in compliance with the applicable dōTERRA Wellness Advocate Terms and Conditions (Agreement) and Policy Manual during the qualification period and at the time of travel.
- dōTERRA reserves the right to disqualify any Wellness Advocate at any time for violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- dōTERRA reserves the right to review, amend or cancel any Legacy Trip, including due to circumstances beyond its control.
