Lymphatic Movement
The Lymphatic Movement is performed after the AromaTouch® Technique has ended. The purpose of this movement is to stimulate the body systems and enliven the body. This step also helps with the body’s cleansing process. Keep in mind that this movement includes repeated soft, gentle pushes forward and then letting the body naturally release back toward you.
