Cinnamon Bark and Cinnamon Leaf
Colombo, Sri Lanka
June 2027
You’ll go deeper into our sourcing story and experience the journey of an essential oil from multiple perspectives. This immersive trip takes you beyond a single moment, allowing time to truly understand the craft, care and complexity behind dōTERRA’s sourcing.
You’ll explore the origins of Cinnamon, beginning with an inside look at how Cassia Bark is processed and distilled, before travelling South to experience the landscape where it is grown. Walk through Cinnamon plantations, observe traditional bark harvesting techniques, and witness micro-distillation of Cinnamon Leaf oil, gaining a layered understanding of how plant, place and people come together to create exceptional oils.
You will spend time with the dōTERRA AUNZ Leadership Team, mastermind with other Gold leaders and learn from a member of our global sourcing team, who will help expand your understanding of the standards, expertise and intention that guide our sourcing worldwide.
Set against the rich landscape of Sri Lanka, this experience blends education, culture and connection. It’s an opportunity to ask deeper questions and build a stronger connection to the sourcing practices that underpin quality, purity and purpose at dōTERRA.
