Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
This exciting incentive trip is open to all dōTERRA India Wellness Advocates. To qualify for the trip, only India volumes will be considered for qualification.

2. Category Qualification:
Every Wellness Advocate can win the incentive trip in one category of their choice, even if they qualify in multiple categories. Check our regularly updated Top 10/20 list on the dōTERRA India website, and remember, the trip cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Please note that the Top 10/20 New Volume list will not be rolled up.

3. Reservation and Availability:
If you're eager to join us on this adventure, we may have open spots available for purchase, but they are limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please keep in mind that securing a spot is not guaranteed.

4. Travel Documents:
Ensure you have the necessary travel documents, such as a valid passport, for your entry into Sri Lanka. It's your responsibility to take care of these details.

5. Room Sharing:
Rooms will be assigned on a twin-sharing basis. If you have a specific requirement, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

6. Travel Arrangements:
For fully paid trips that include airfare, your journey will start from one of the following cities: Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, or Delhi. You'll need to arrange your own transportation to your nearest departure city.

7. Good Standing:
Wellness Advocates should be in good standing, adhering to dōTERRA’s policies and regulations to qualify.

8. Flexibility:
dōTERRA India reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions, or make changes to the trip itinerary, or cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured; participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
