A: Yes, but each Wellness Advocate can win only one incentive trip, even if they qualify in multiple categories.

Q: How can I win a 'Full Ride' for the Sri Lanka Co-Impact Incentive Trip?
A: To win a 'Full Ride,' you need to achieve one of the following criteria:

• Rank Achievement:

o Maintain the highest rank of Silver for 3 consecutive months.
o Maintain the highest rank of Gold for 2 consecutive months.
o Break rank to Platinum or higher.

• Power of 3 (PO3):

o Achieve 3rd level Power of 3 for at least 2 months.
o Achieve 2nd level Power of 3 for 4 consecutive months.

• New Volume:

o Attain Top 10 most volume based on all orders placed by new registrants enrolled after Oct. 23.
o The minimum total volume for a ‘Full Ride’ in this category is 2000 PV.

Q: How can I win a 'Ground Experience' for the Sri Lanka Co-Impact Incentive Trip?
A: To win a 'Ground Experience,' you need to achieve one of the following criteria:

• Rank Achievement:

o Maintain the highest rank of Premier for 3 consecutive months.
o Maintain the highest rank of Silver for 2 consecutive months.
o Break rank to Gold.

• Power of 3 (PO3):

o Achieve 1st level Power of 3 for 5 consecutive months.
o Achieve 2nd level Power of 3 for at least 3 consecutive months.

• New Volume:

o Attain Top 11-30 most volume, based on all orders placed by new registrants enrolled after Oct. 23.
o The minimum total volume for a ‘Ground Experience’ in this category is 2000 PV.

Q:What is “New Volume”, and how does it contribute to the qualification for the Sri Lanka Co-Impact Incentive Trip?
A: “New Volume” refers to the total accumulated volume generated by all your new personally enrolled Wellness Advocates or Preferred Customers during the qualification period, which spans from Nov 23 to Mar 24, including their initial product orders and subsequent Loyalty Rewards Program orders.

Q: What is the minimum requirement for New Volume to break into the Top 10 or Top 20 list?
A: To secure a position on the Top 10 or Top 20 list, the combined volumes generated by all your new personal registrations between November and March must reach a minimum of 2000 PVs. This encompasses both their initial product purchases and subsequent Loyalty Reward Program orders.

The Total New Volume for the above example towards the Sri Lanka trip qualification will be 2800 PV.

Q: How can I secure a Buy-in spot for the trip?
A:There may be an opportunity to buy into the trip, subject to availability, on a first-come, first-serve basis. The details of the buy-in, including the process and cost, will be announced in January 2024. Availability is limited, so it's advisable to act promptly once the information is released.

Q:Can I combine rank advancement and rank maintenance to qualify for this trip?
A: Yes, you can combine both rank advancement and rank maintenance to qualify for the Sri Lanka Co-Impact Incentive Trip. Achieving higher ranks and maintaining those ranks within the specified qualification period contribute to your eligibility for the trip. Q: If I rank advance to Silver in December, how many times do I need to requalify to win the trip?
A: You would need to requalify two more times, and this requalification must be achieved by March 24.

Q: Can I win the on-the-ground experience if I complete Power of 3, Level 2 two times and Level 1 three times?
A: Yes, you can win the “Ground Experience” by achieving at least Level 1 all 5 months of the incentive period.

Q:What will I win if I complete Power of 3, Level 3 two times, Level 2 two times, and Level 1 one time?
A: You will win a “Full Ride” for completing Level 3 two times.

Q:Can I win the full ride if I complete Level 3 one time and Level 2 three times?
A: Yes, you will win the “Full Ride” by achieving at least Level 2 during four months of the incentive period.

Q:When will the Top 20 and Top 10 lists be published?
A: The lists will be updated each month after the bonus run, keeping participants informed of their progress in the rankings.

Q:What travel documents are required for the trip?
A: Participants are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents for entry into Sri Lanka.

Q:How are accommodations arranged for the trip?
A: Rooms will be allocated on a twin-sharing basis. If you have a specific roommate preference, please communicate this in advance.

Q:From which cities will the fully paid trips with airfares depart?
A: The journey will be from one of the following cities: Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, or Delhi. Participants must make their own arrangements to travel to their nearest departure city.
