WIRE TRANSFERS REMINDER
As a result of the UK’s departure from the European Union (EU), we have been made aware that some members are being charged for additional fees using wire and SEPA transfers. To avoid any potential fees that you may incur from your bank, there is a new EU-based account for wire transfers to be paid into.
All members in the EU should use the new account for their payments and members in the UK should continue payments as normal using the existing UK-based account.
If you have an unpaid wire transfer order from the previous month, please make a payment immediately. In order for us to process payments successfully, you must include your order number and member ID in the payment reference. Wire transfer payments take 2–5 business days to receive. To allow time to calculate commissions for the previous month’s orders, we must receive your payment by the 3rd to avoid delays and then be able to process payments by the 8th.
If we do not receive your payment by the 8th, you will not receive commissions for your previous month’s order and your order will be deleted. If you have already paid for your order and it has not been shipped, please contact us via email or phone on the 9th so we can resolve any issues with your payment.
