Shower Melts with doTERRA Air

When you’re are in a hurry, shower melts are a great alternative to bath bombs!  

This DIY includes doTERRA Air Clearing Blend, enriched with a combination of oils to help cool and enliven the body. Enjoy the calming aroma of doTERRA Air and help clear your mind before bed with this soothing recipe for shower melts. 

Ingredients 

230gr baking soda 
25 drops doTERRA Air 
60ml - 80ml water 

Tools 

Silicone mould 

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, add the baking soda and slowly start to add water until you reach a wet, sand-like consistency. 
  2. Add 25 drops (depending on desired potency) to the mixture. Stir until well combined. 
  3. Pack mixture into small silicone moulds and allow to set overnight. 
  4. Store in an airtight container. 
  5. To use the melts, place a tab in your shower away from the direct flow of water and enjoy the cooling effect of doTERRA Air. 

 

Tip: to help the Shower Melts set quicker, pop them in the freezer!
