doTERRA ZenGest is a proprietary blend of Peppermint, Ginger, Cardamom, Caraway, Anise, Coriander, and Fennel essential oils known for their supportive, soothing aromas and familiar, comforting flavours. This powerhouse blend was designed with several targeted uses in mind, yet it has the versatility to support a wide variety of daily needs.

ZenGest essential oil blend offers a subtle, gentle aroma and has a sweet, licorice-like flavour. Add a drop to water or tea for light, delicious taste after meals, or diffuse anytime to help create a soothing atmosphere with its pleasant, comforting scent. ZenGest can also help provide support when traveling or on-the-go or be mixed with Fractionated Coconut Oil and incorporated into a gentle abdominal massage.

Uses

• Add a drop to a glass of water for a sweet taste after a large meal.
• Combine with honey and warm water for a sweet-tasting herbal tea.
• Apply to your wrists and pulse points during a road trip for a pleasant, calming aroma.
• Combine with a carrier oil and use in a soothing abdominal massage.
• Diffuse while traveling for a gentle, soothing aroma. 

Directions for Use

Aromatic use: Add three to four drops to the diffuser of your choice.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in four fluid ounces of liquid.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to the desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.
