Earn points from performance and enrollments to increase your Silver Club Standings. Silver Club participants who receive the most total points and meet the monthly requirements will win incredible prizes at the program’s end.
Enrollments must be processed in single orders to qualify for points.
Points can be earned from a new team enrollee’s first two months on LRP—immediately following the enrollment month. Points are only awarded during the active Silver Club season. Crossline loyalty orders don’t qualify.
Rank advancement points are awarded to participants who achieve a new rank for the first time.
New members who enroll through Silver Club participants with single qualifying orders can earn free products.
New members who enrolled through Silver Club participants can receive 25 product points with each of their first two months’ 100 PV loyalty orders. These points will appear in their accounts after the 15th of the following month.
Prizes are based on points earned and meeting program requirements.
All graduates will receive a graduation certificate and T-shirt.
End-of-season prizes are subject to change based on the number of participants. Convention admission tickets are non-transferable and have no cash value. Travel and lodging aren’t included.
Each participant needs one mentor before he or she can apply and participate.
Mentors are integral to the leadership duplication cycle, teaching leadership skills, helping participants develop action plans, and guiding participants toward success.
Mentors serve as role models, providing guidance, motivation, and emotional support. They may also host scheduled accountability calls, support partipants during class preparations and follow-ups, attend or even teach classes, help with scheduling, and offer any other support participants need to suceed.
There’s no financial obligation in being a mentor.
One of the best investments leaders can make is back into their builders. Wellness Advocates who mentor leaders in Silver Club partner with doTERRA, to encourage enrollments and rank advancement, organically boosting organizational volume and leadership.
Wellness Advocates who are willing to support and train participants in building a successful business are perfect mentor candidates. Potential mentos must:
