What is the Fast Start Reactivation Promotion?
This promotion will allow those who hold enrollership of someone in the doTERRA Canada market the ability to earn Fast Start on a member who reactivates after a 12+ month period of inactivity.
How long will the promotion run?
This promotion will be run from November 2022 through December 2022.
Which markets are participating in the promotion?
Only the Canada market is participating in this promotion.
What does the Enroller need to do to qualify for the promotion?
As long as the Enroller has a qualifying LRP template and the reactivated member is in the Canada market, the Enroller would qualify to earn Fast Start commissions on qualifying reactivations.
Which accounts qualify to reactivate for the promotion?
The reactivating member can have either a Wellness Advocate or a Wholesale Costumer account as long as the account is in the doTERRA Canada market.
How long does an account need to be inactive to qualify for the Promotion?
The account will need to be inactive for 12+ months to qualify for this promotion
Is there a PV requirement for the reactivation order?
There is 1PV+ requirement.
What type of order does the reactivated member need to place?
The reactivated member may place a one-time order or an LRP order.
What warehouse does the reactivation order need to come from?
As long as the member that is reactivating has a Canadian account, it will not matter what warehouse they place their order from.
Will I get an email when someone on my team reactivates?
The Enroller will receive an email every Monday for everyone on their team that reactivated the previous week. This email will include the reactivated member’s name and ID number. Ex: Jordan Smith ID# 12233455 reactivated on Wednesday October 26th. Jordan’s enroller will receive an email the following Monday October 31st.
Is there a way I can see newly reactivated members in my back office?
We are currently working on adding a tool in the Back Office. We will keep everyone updated on an ETA for this feature. For now, please work with Member Services or your Account Manager for help.
Can the reactivated account count towards both the FS Reactivation Promotion and Power of Three bonus?
Yes; Unlike new enrollments, there is no rule against reactivated members setting up an LRP in their first month back. If the reactivated member meets all the requirements, they can count for both the FS Reactivation Promotion and PO3 Bonus.
Can the Enroller earn Unilevel on the qualifying reactivated account?
No; As usual, Wellness Advocates may not earn Unilevel and Fast Start on the same account. The Enroller may earn Fast Start for the first 60 days after a qualifying member reactivates, then they may earn Unilevel.
What happens if I reactivate a member on December 31st? Will I still get paid Fast Start for these members?
Yes; As long as the reactivation happens during the qualifying promotional period, Fast Start will be paid out for the following 60 days to the Enroller.
