Tangerine Oil
Tangerine essential oil is cold-pressed from the peel or rind of the Citrus reticulata plant. The sweetest of the citrus fruits, tangerines are a hybrid variety of mandarin, with a stronger flavor than sweet oranges. It takes six pounds of tangerine peels to produce one 15 mL bottle of essential oil, varying by season, region, year, and other variables.
