What qualifications must customers fulfill?

In January, and now extended into February, new members or returning customers who haven’t placed an order in over a year, need to place initial orders of 100 PV or more.

New members or returning customers in January need to place loyalty orders of at least 100 PV in February. And in March, customers will receive 100 product points!

How long will this promotion last?

This promotion begins January 1, 2024, and has now been extended through February 29, 2024.

This promotion begins January 1, 2024. The 100 PV enrollment period ends January 31, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. MT. The second part of the promotion begins February 1, 2024. The 100 PV loyalty order period ends February 29, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. MT. Customers will receive their 100 product points in March.

Can enrollees who didn’t enroll in January place an enrollment order in February and still participate in the promotion?

Yes! This promotion has been extended through February, new members or returning customers can place a 100 PV order in February to qualify.

Can I place multiple orders that add up to 100 PV?

Yes, you can place additional orders to reach the necessary 100 PV.

What if my order total is $100, but my PV is under 100?

Personal Volume (PV) isn’t the same as dollar amount. Though the PV and dollar amount match on some products (like Lemon essential oil), that doesn’t mean PV equates to the dollar amount of the products every time. Please review the PV amount shown in your cart before processing your order. If your order falls short, you may place an additional order within the promotional period to make up missing PV.

When will the points be added to my account?

Points will be added to accounts March 15–20, 2024, for those who enrolled or ordered in January.

Points will be added to accounts April 15-20, 2024, for those who enrolled or ordered in February.

What should I do if I haven’t received my points?

If you haven’t received your points by March 21 or April 21, contact your account manager or Member Services at +1 (800) 411-8151.

Which markets are participating in this promotion?

This enrollment promo is available in the US, Canada, GAC, and select NFR markets.

Can retail customers participate in this promotion?

Yes. For Retail Customers to participate, they will need to enroll as a Wholesale Customer or Wellness Advocate in January or February with 100 PV or more. Place a loyalty order of at least 100 PV in February or March. Then receive 100 product points In March, or April!

Do reactivations count for this promotion?

Yes! Reactivated members or customers who place an initial order of 100 PV or more in January or February, and a loyalty order of 100 PV or more in February, qualify for this promotion. A reactivating member is someone who hasn’t placed an order in 12 months.

What if my credit card is being declined?

How do I know if my order has been placed and processed?

An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on your doTERRA account.

If you feel you’ve qualified for the promotion but didn’t receive the points, call Member Services at +1 (800) 411-8151 or send an email to service@doterra.com no later than March 31, 2023. Exceptions won’t be made after this date.
