Is the enrollment fee waived based off PV or dollar amount?
The free membership promotion is based off PV. PV isn’t the same as the dollar amount, so check your PV to ensure you’ve met the 150 PV requirement.
Which markets are participating in the promotion?
The US and Canada markets are participating.
How long will the promotion run?
The promotion will run for three months: July 1–September 30, 2022.
Will GAC orders qualify for the waived enrollment fee?
No, GAC orders aren’t eligible for this promotion.
Will NFR orders qualify for the waived enrollment fee?
No, NFR orders aren’t eligible for this promotion.
Will new enrollees who qualify for the free membership promotion receive anything else with their first order?
A current issue of Living magazine will be sent to new members with their first order for free.
If a member returns part of his or her enrollment order and the order drops below 150 PV, will he or she be charged for the enrollment fee?
If the return causes an order to fall below 150 PV, the member will need to place an additional order.
How can I verify my new enrollee’s fee has been waived?
If your new enrollee’s order reaches 150 PV, the enrollment fee will be marked as free in the shopping cart. There will also be a tracker bar, where a member can see how close he or she is to waiving the fee.
When will forms and fliers be updated?
Because this is a limited-time promotion, forms and fliers won’t be adjusted at this time.

Will this promotion work through a generated link?
Yes. If someone enrolls through a generated link, he or she will still qualify for this promotion as long as the total order is more than 150 PV.
If I enroll with this promotion, do I still have to pay the annual $25 fee?
Yes, you’ll pay a renewal fee of $25 to keep your membership after your first year. We’ll send you notice before it’s time for your membership to be renewed. Once you renew your membership, we’ll send you a free gift of Peppermint essential oil as a thank-you.
What products qualify for this promotion?
Most products will qualify for this promotion so long as they have an assigned PV value. If a product doesn’t qualify, it’ll be noted in the cart.

How do I know if my order has been placed and processed correctly?
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on your doTERRA account.
