Form to Request Support

As dōTERRA continues to grow around the world, we receive a large number of requests for participation in charitable projects. Participation in these projects are coordinated through dōTERRA Healing Hands™. dōTERRA Wellness Advocates are able to submit requests to doTERRA Healing Hands for support on the projects with which they are involved. Criteria for support of these Wellness Advocate partner projects includes:

• Alignment of the project with the mission statement of doTERRA Healing Hands
• Not-for-profit nature of the activity and its sponsoring organization
• The impact of the project in relation to its costs
• Perpetuity or sustainability of the project results
• Be, or partner with, a dōTERRA Wellness Advocate
• Project has a Diamond level Wellness Advocate or above sponsor
• Personal contribution from the person submitting the request and their Diamond or above sponsor in the past/future which exemplifies their investment in the project

In order for a project to be considered for approval, the Wellness Advocate submitting the request must complete the following form and click the "Submit" button below. Requests may include product donations.
