How many times can I qualify for this promotion?

You can qualify for up to three bottles of Blue Tansy through this promotion.

What kind of enrollments qualify for this promotion?

Only Canada and US enrollments will qualify.

Do reactivations count toward this promotion?

No, reactivations will not count toward your three enrollments. All of enrollments must be brand new doTERRA members.

Do all the enrollments need to be in the same month to qualify?

Enrollments do not need to be within the same month, you just need 3 enrollments between April 1st and June 30th

Is this promotion different from the Refer a Friend promotion?

Wholesale Customers who generate 100 PV enrollments through Refer a Friend are also being rewarded with a free Blue Tansy. These enrollments will be counted toward the qualifications of the referrer, not to the assigned enroller.

Do enrollments I make through Refer a Friend count toward this promotion?

Yes. If you share a refer a friend link as a Wellness Advocate, you are both the referrer and the enroller. These enrollments will count toward your qualifications for this promotion.

Do enrollments I gain through my customers’ referrals count toward this promotion?

No. Wholesale Customers who generate 100 PV enrollments through Refer a Friend will be credited for those enrollments for this promotion.

How will I receive my product?

You will receive an email to your email address saved on file following each month of the promotion period. This email will let you know you've qualified for the product and provide a promo code that you can use to receive your free product on your next doTERRA order.

How long do I have to redeem my free product?

Promo codes expire three months after they are sent. So, codes received in May will expire on July 31. Codes received in June will expire on August 31. Codes received in July will expire on September 30.

How do I know if my enrollment has been placed and processed?

An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on your doTERRA account.
