This summer, help new customers take advantage of an enrollment promotion that lets them earn 100 bonus rewards points!


This promotion is a great opportunity for you as a Wellness Advocate to help new customers enjoy free products (with their 100 extra rewards points) by enrolling them with 100 PV in July or August and having them join LRP in their second doTERRA month. It’s the best value for their membership, plus you gain a new loyal customer!

Here’s how the promotion works:

  • In July:New customers join doTERRA with an order of 100 PV or more.
  • In August: Customers join the LRP and place a Loyalty Order of at least 100 PV.
  • In September: Customers receive 100 FREE product points!

OR

  • In August: New customers enroll with 100 PV or more.
  • In September: Customers place loyalty orders of at least 100 PV.
  • In October: Customers receive 100 FREE rewards points!

Important Note:To qualify for the rewards points, new customers must place their 100 PV Loyalty Order in the month following their enrollment. For example, if customers enrolled in July wait until September to place a 100 PV Loyalty Order, they won’t qualify for the bonus rewards points. New customers who enroll in July need to place a 100 PV loyalty order in August, and those who enroll in August need to place a 100 PV loyalty order in September.

How long will this promotion last?
This promotion begins July 1, 2023. The first 100 PV enrollment period ends July 31, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. MT. The 100 PV Loyalty Order period then begins August 1, 2023, and ends August 31, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. MT. Participating customers will receive their 100 product points in September.

The second 100 PV enrollment period begins August 1, 2023, and ends August 31, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. MT. The 100 PV Loyalty Order period then begins September 1, 2023, and ends September 30, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. MT. Participating customers will receive their 100 rewards points in October.

Can enrollees who didn’t enroll in July or August place an enrollment order in September and still participate in the promotion?
No, a new customer must enroll with 100 PV in July or August to participate and receive the 100 product points in September or October.

Can I place multiple orders that add up to 100 PV?
Yes, you can place additional orders to reach the necessary 100 PV.

What if my order total is $100, but my PV is under 100?
Personal Volume (PV) isn’t the same as dollar amount. Though for some products (like Lemon essential oil) the PV and dollar amount match, this doesn’t mean PV equates to the dollar amount of the products every time. Please review the PV amount shown in your cart before processing your order.

When will the points be added to my account?
If you enrolled in July and placed a 100 PV Loyalty Order in August, the points will be added to your account by September 15, 2023. If you enrolled in August and placed a 100 PV Loyalty Order in September, the points will be added to your account by October 15, 2023.

I still haven’t received my points. What should I do?
Product points will be rewarded by September 15, 2023 (if you enrolled in July), or October 15, 2023 (if you enrolled in August). If you haven’t received your points by September 16 or October 16 respectively, contact your account manager or Member Services at +1 (800) 411-8151.

Which markets are participating in this promotion?
This promotion is available in the US and Canada. NFR and GAC markets are included.

I’m a retail customer. Can I participate in this promotion?
Yes. To participate, enroll as a Wholesale Customer in July with 100 PV or more. In August, place a Loyalty Order of at least 100 PV. In September, you’ll receive 100 free rewards points! Or enroll as a Wholesale Customer or Wellness Advocate in August with 100 PV or more. In September, place a Loyalty Order of at least 100 PV. In October, you’ll receive 100 rewards points!

My credit card is being declined. What should I do?

How do I know if my order has been placed and processed?
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on your doTERRA account. If you feel you’ve qualified for the promotion but didn’t receive the points, call Member Services at +1 (800) 411-8151 or send an email to service@doterra.com no later than April 30, 2023. Exceptions will not be made after this date.
