Made in a Minute: Green Mandarin Dairy-Free Coconut Yogurt


Making healthier snack choices doesn’t have to be boring or bland. In fact, we think that good-for-you options should taste as good as they make you feel! This recipe for Coconut Yogurt with Green Mandarin essential oil has plenty of flavor, loads of color, a satisfying texture, and better yet, it’s totally dairy free. All it takes is three ingredients, and you’ve got yourself a delicious, healthy snack. Who knew making your own homemade dairy-free yogurt could be so simple?

SUPPLIES

  • 2 cups full fat coconut milk
  • 3–5 drops Green Mandarin essential oil
  • ½ cup mixed berries

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Refrigerate coconut milk for 24 hours.
  2. Add refrigerated coconut milk to a medium bowl.
  3. Add Green Mandarin essential oil and stir together. This is your yogurt!
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
  5. When ready to eat, add mixed berries to a scoop of your homemade yogurt and enjoy!
