• This promotion is f or Australian and New Zealand accounts only. Orders mus t be placed thr ough the Australian or New Zealand warehouse to qualify.
• Orders, once placed, cannot be changed, adjusted, or combined to qualify for the promotion.
• There is a limit of four per account, per household.
• Orders placed outside the qualifying time period (1 – 30 April 2021) do not count toward the promotion.
• All orders must be placed and processed before 30 April 2021 a t 11:59pm Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) to receive the free products.
• PV is not equal to the cost of an order. Before completing an order, the individual ordering must verify that the order is 200 PV.
• A single 200 PV order can only qualify for the promotion once. If an individual would like to earn the product up to four times, they must place four separate 200 PV orders.
• Wellness Advocates, Retail and Wholesale Customers are eligible to participate in this promotion.

1. When will I receive my Citrus Twist Refreshing Blend 15mL and Pilōt™ Diffuser?
   Both products will automatically be added to your order and shipped al together.
    
2. I am processing an order that is 500PV. How many of the Citrus Twist Refreshing Blend 15mL and Pilōt™ diffusers will I receive?
   You will only receive one of each of the Citrus Twist Refreshing Blend 15mL and Pilōt™ Diffuser products if you process a 500PV order. However, if you would like to receive them more than once, you can submit more than one (up to a maximum o f 4) separate 200PV orders and still qualify for this promotion.
    
3. Do I need to submit my order on a Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) Template to qualify for the free products?
   You can qualify to receive these products for free by submitting an ordinary order. However, when you process your qualifying order on an LRP Template, you are opening the door to receive product points and possibly the Product of the Month which for April 2021 is Palmarosa 5mL (provided you order on or before 15th April).
