Lemon Kale Chips


Whether you are looking to impress at a party or simply in need of an easy and simple snack, these Lemon Kale Chips will do the trick!


Ingredients:
1 large bunch kale, washed and torn into bite-size pieces 
2 tablespoons olive oil 
2 drops Lemon essential oil 
Salt & pepper 
 

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 95° C. 
  2. Wash and dry kale thoroughly. 
  3. Combine olive oil and Lemon essential oil in large mixing bowl. 
  4. Add kale and toss. Make sure kale is well coated with essential oil. 
  5. Once coated, place on baking paper and sprinkle with salt and pepper. 
  6. Bake on the center rack for 45–50 minutes or until crispy. 

Tip: Keep an eye on the smaller pieces and take them out if they are done earlier; otherwise they will burn. 

**Try garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and Lemon essential oil for an Italian twist, or Cumin and Lime essential oil for Mexican-style chips.
