Silver Club

Silver Club is designed for Wellness Advocates who have achieved the rank of Director through Silver. This program focuses on developing the key habits and business-building activities that create momentum, strengthen leadership skills, and support progression to the next rank.
June- August Qualifications to join
- Achieve the rank Director- Silver
- Gold+ can apply if they haven't hit Silver or higher in 2026
- Personally enrol ONE new member with a single 100 PV (Personal Volume) Enrolment order.
- New enrolees must reside in the South Africa Market.
- Have at least one upline team member who agrees to support and mentor you throughout the season.
- Upline mentor should be of the rank Silver or higher

Silver Club Season starts 1st September and runs until 30 November
Monthly Requirements to Graduate
To remain eligible for the end-of-season awards, participants must meet the following requirements each month:
Team Enrolments
- Achieve at least five qualified team enrolments each month.
- Each enrolment must have a minimum order of 100 PV.
Personal Enrolments
- At least three of the five qualified enrolments must be personally enrolled by you.
- Each personal enrolment must also have a minimum order of 100 PV.
Class Participation
- Host at least one class per month.
- Classes may be conducted in person, online, one-on-one, or in a group setting.
- Attendee information must be added to the scheduled class on the Silver Club website within three business days of the event.
- Class attendees must enrol within three business days of attending the class.
Season Rewards & Incentives
Silver Club participants compete for prizes by earning points through enrolments, leadership development, retention, and rank advancements.
At the end of the program, participants who meet all monthly requirements and achieve the highest points totals will qualify for top awards and recognition.
End-of-Season Awards
Based on points earned for standings and meeting program requirements.
All Graduates of Silver Club will be invited to Leadership Retreat.

All graduates will receive a Silver Club graduates Gift and Certificate **Prizes subject to change based on number of participants
Silver Club Participation Bonus
For every three personally enrolled Silver Club members with enrolment orders of 100 PV or more, you will earn a R1,600 bonus, which will be added to your Silver Club bonus bank.
Bonus Payouts
- Graduates who successfully meet all monthly program requirements will receive 100% of their accumulated bonus, paid into their AR account.
- Participants who do not meet the graduation requirements will receive 50% of their accumulated bonus
New Enrollee Benefit
New members who enrol with a qualifying 100 PV order will receive a promotional oil gift. (Specific product to be announced.)
Qualified Enrolments
To qualify for Silver Club points and incentives, enrolments must meet the following criteria:
- The enrolment must be located within South Africa or the SADC region
- The enrolment order must be at least 100 PV.
- The enrolment must attend a qualifying Silver Club class.
- The attendee must be added to the class attendee list within three business days of the completed class.
- The Silver Club participant must personally present or actively participate in the presentation.
- Photos from in-person classes and screenshots from online classes must be submitted as verification.
Qualified Classes
For a class to qualify:
- Create and register the event under the Events tab on SilverClub.doterra.com.
- You, as the Silver Club participant, must personally present or actively participate in the presentation.
- Submit the class attendee list within three business days of the event.
- Attendees must enrol within three business days following the class.
- Photos from in-person classes and screenshots from online classes must be submitted as verification
Earning Points
Participants earn points through:
- New qualified enrolments
- Rank advancements
- Retaining qualified enrolments on the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) during subsequent months
Points contribute to your overall Silver Club ranking and standings throughout the season.

- 1 Point: New enrolment with 50-99.9 PV
- 4 Points: New enrolment with 100+ PV
- 6 Points: New enrolment with 200+ PV (This will set them up to begin their Fast Track Program)
Personal Enrolment Bonus
+3 Additional Points for each personally enrolled member with 100+ PV
Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) Points
Participants earn additional points when newly enrolled members remain on the Loyalty Rewards Program for the following two consecutive months.
This rewards both enrolment and retention, encouraging strong customer engagement during the first three months.
LRP Points Breakdown
- 4 Points: 50-99 PV LRP order
- 10 Points: 100+ PV LRP order
Rank Advancement Points
Rank advancement points are typically added around the 15th-20th of the following month.
5 Points: Manager or Executive
15 Points: Elite
15 Points: Premier
20 Points: Silver
30 Points: Gold
Please note: Rank advancement points are awarded only the first time a participant achieves a new rank.

Mentor Guidelines and Information
What Is a Mentor?
A mentor is someone who partners with doTERRA to help participants succeed in Silver Club. Each participant is required to have one mentor to participate. Mentors play a key role in the leadership duplication cycle. Mentors take responsibility for teaching leadership skills, helping develop action plans, and guiding the participant to be successful. This support could include scheduled accountability calls, support with class preparations, class follow-up, attending/teaching classes, when possible, help with scheduling and time blocking, and any other necessary support to ensure the participant’s success in the program.
There is no financial obligation to be a mentor.
Benefits of Mentoring
Wellness Advocates who mentor leaders in Silver Club partner with doTERRA. This mentorship program helps develop new leaders, encouraging them to build their own teams and advance in rank. As a result, the entire organization grows stronger through increased sales and leadership. Investing time and resources in mentoring emerging leaders is a proven strategy for building a successful and sustainable business.
Qualifications to Mentor
To become a mentor in this program, Wellness Advocates must be willing to support and train others in building their business. Mentors must have achieved at least the Silver rank to qualify.
Once a participant applies for the program, the Silver Club team selects a suitable mentor and notifies them. The chosen mentor must then log in to the Silver Club website and accept the mentorship request before the participant can officially join the program.
