1: When placing your order online, be sure to choose Product Center on the shipping options. 2: Once your order is paid for, it will be ready for pick up! 3: Head to our product center to pick up your order, be sure to bring photo ID and doTERRA

Bulk Order Process

Email, attach bulk order request form, and include "Bulk Order" in subject of email (Insert button with bulk order request form link) If you place an order before 12:00 PM Monday-Thursday your order will be ready the following business day. If you place it after 12:00 PM Monday-Thursday, you can pick it up two business days after it is placed.

Product Center FAQ:

Q: Who can pick up orders at the Product Center?

A: The account holder (Wellness Advocates, and Wholesale Customers), friends, family, and uplines can pick up orders at the Product Center for anyone as long as they have photo ID.

Q: How long do I have to pick up my order?

A: You have 21 days from when the order was placed. After 21 days, we will be contacting you to notify you that your order has been shipped to you.

Q: How can I pay for my order?

A: Only credit/debit card payments will be accepted at this time. Cash will not be accepted.

Q: Can I place or change my order at the product center?

A: Orders should be created and paid for online prior to arriving at the Product Center. Members should have Member Services assist with adding new credit cards, creating/changing orders, and facilitating returns.

Q: What if I need to return some product?

A: This process will not change. Please address all returns to our warehouse 

Q: What if I receive damaged product or something is missing in my order?

A: Contact customer service and they will be able to assist with your items.

Q: What is a bulk order?

A: Bulk orders refer to when 7 or more orders are picked up at a time.

Q: Do you accept walk-in bulk order collection services?

A: Yes, but on a case-by-case basis for urgent orders. If possible, please email us ahead of time with your bulk order pickup request. If we are experiencing exceptional high traffic, we may not be able to accommodate the bulk order pickup request in the same day.

Q: What should I do if I encounter a problem in my bulk order that I have picked up?
