Incentive Trip FAQ

How many points will I need to qualify?

To qualify you will need a minimum of 205 points.

What are the qualifying dates?

1st of September 2023 to 31 January 2024.

Where will the Incentive Trip be held?

Kenya, Maasai Mara.

What are the Incentive Trip dates?

12th to 16th of March 2024.

Do I need to be a specific rank to part-take?

No, ALL Wellness Advocate may participate.

If I qualify, will my flights be booked for me?

No, flights will not be booked for you. Participants are responsible for booking their own flights. At the end of the event, you will be eligible for flight reimbursement based on your performance in the competition. Please refer to the competition rules and guidelines for more details on the reimbursement process.

Can I pay for an additional person if I qualify?

This is not guaranteed, but there may be possible buy in options for winners to bring a guest. Due to limited spots a buy in option will be determined at the end of the competition.

Do I need a passport to attend?

Yes, you will require a passport.

Would I require a VISA to attend?

Kenya does not have a Visa requirement. 

Will I receive a different award if I earn a spot on the Incentive Trip but am unable to attend?

No, prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or points.

Can I transfer my prize to someone else if I’m unable to attend?

No,gift transfers are not permissible within our policy.
