Can Retail Customers receive Shipping Rewards Points?
  • No, Retail Customers cannot receive Shipping Rewards Points on their order.
Can Shipping Rewards Points be earned on Point Redemption Orders?
  • Yes, 50% of the SRP points can be earned if the order is placed online.
When will Shipping Rewards Points be added?
  • Shipping Rewards Points will be added to accounts during the commission run, on approximately the 15th of every month.
What if an order is returned?
  • If an order is returned, any Shipping Rewards Points earned from that order will be deleted.
Which points get used first when placing a Point Redemption Order?
  • The oldest points on the account will be used first.
Do Shipping Rewards Points expire?
  • Yes, Shipping Rewards Points will expire one year from the month in which they were earned.
Can Shipping Rewards Points be used to cover shipping on future orders?
  • No. Shipping Rewards Points can be used on future product, but not towards shipping or VAT.
What are the benefits of the Shipping Rewards Program?
  • The Shipping Rewards Program (SRP) helps our members earn product points that can be used to purchase doTERRA product.
