Easy Air
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT EASY AIR®
Easy Air® is a remarkable blend of essential oils including Laurel Leaf, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Tea Tree, Lemon, Cardamom, Ravintsara, and Ravensara. Easy Air® can be applied topically to the chest, back, or bottom of feet, or diffused at night time to help calm the senses before a restful night's sleep.
HOW TO USE doTERRA EASY AIR®
- Diffuse, inhale directly from palms, or rub on chest or feet when environmental threats are high.
- Use when outdoors at times of seasonal threats.
- Diffuse at bedtime for a restful environment.
*Avoid sunlight or UV rays for up to 12 hours after applying product. Application to skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight.

2 drops Lavender essential oil

Shower melts are a great alternative to bath bombs for the shower. This DIY includes doTERRA Easy Air® Clear Blend is ideal when seasonal threats are high, or to help calm the senses before bed.
Ingredients
1 cup baking soda
25 drops doTERRA Easy Air® Clear Blend
¼–⅓ cup water
Makes: ~ 25 (10g mould)
Instructions
- Combine baking soda and water in a small bowl. Mix well.
- Add 25 drops (depending on desired potency) to mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Pack mixture into small silicone moulds and allow to set overnight.
- To use, place a tab in your shower away from the direct flow of water and enjoy the cooling effect of the doTERRA Easy Air® Clear Blend.
- Store in an airtight container. This will help prevent the volatile compounds of the oil from evaporating into the air. Use within one week.
