Description

Uses

  • Diffuse during difficult times
  • Apply over the heart morning and night as a reminder to think positive thoughts.
  • Apply one to two drops to a shirt collar or scarf and smell throughout the day for an uplifting aroma.

Directions for Use

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimise any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.
