Aroma Yoga Spray Mist

Create an atmosphere for mindfulness with this Aroma Yoga Mist and help calm the mind and relax the body.

Ingredients:
100ml Amber Glass Spray Bottle
Distilled Water
5 drops doTERRA Ascend® Enlightening Blend
5 drops doTERRA Affirm® Centering Blend
5 drops doTERRA Anchor® Grounding Blend

Instructions:

1. Add drops of doTERRA oils to Glass Bottle Top with Distilled Water.
2. Give a couple of spritz around the room as desired.
3. Shake well before use.
