Terms

• PV: Personal Volume Most products have a PV amount. PV is used to qualify for promotions, Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP), rank and commissions. PV is NOT the same as the product's cost. PV can be found online by accessing an individual product page on shop.doterra.com.
• Standard Order: A one-time order made by a Retail Customer, Wholesale Customer, or Wellness Advocate.
• Loyalty Order: A one-time or recurring Loyalty Order (LRP) made by a Wellness Advocate or Wholesale Customer.
• Monthly Loyalty Order: A recurring monthly Loyalty Order (LRP).
• One-Time Loyalty Order: A single Loyalty Order (LRP) not part of a monthly recurring order.

Rules

• Before placing the order, you must verify that it meets the required PV for this promotion.
• Even if your order exceeds the required PV, you will still only receive one free item per order. To qualify again, you must place separate orders meeting the stated PV requirement.
• Please note you will not be able to qualify for this promotion once you have reached the limit of the number of times you can qualify.
• Once placed, orders cannot be changed, adjusted, or combined to qualify for the promotion.
• Orders placed outside the promotion period will not qualify.
• Wire Transfer payments must be received by the 10th of the following month to count toward the promotion. No exceptions.
• Separate orders adding up to the PV required to qualify for this promotion do not qualify. Only a single order meeting the PV requirement will qualify for the free product(s).
• Free products don’t have a cash value and cannot be traded or returned for points.
• If you feel you have qualified for the promotion and did not receive the product(s), please contact Member Services no later than: 31 July 2026. Exceptions will not be made after this date.
