Inactive Moves

A member can request an Enroller and Sponsor change after they have remained inactive for a specific period of time. This is dependent on rank; Premier or below must wait 6 months, Silver and above must wait 12 months.

Processing an Inactive Move

To request an Enroller/Sponsor change after a period of inactivity, the account holder should email europeplacements@doterra.com from the email address on file using the following format:
  • Wellness Advocate to be moved: (insert name and ID number here)
  • New Enroller: (if no change, insert "none")
  • New Sponsor: (if no change, insert "none")

These requests must be submitted by the account holder personally and must be sent from the email address on file.

Period of Inactivity

The required period of inactivity for member requesting an Enroller/Sponsor change of this type is:

  • 6 months for the rank of Premier or below
  • 12 months for the rank of Silver and above

Activity includes, but is not limited to, any activity directly on the account or other accounts, purchasing product, placing a points order, enrolling new Wellness Advocates or Wholesale Customers, earning commissions, or any sharing of the company or its products. We recommend submitting a Voluntary Termination Form during the period of inactivity to ensure no unintended activity takes place. Please note that when an inactive move is requested, the Enroller has until the 10th of the month following the inactive move to request a Sponsor change.

This information is provided in summary form for the convenience of the reader. To the extent it conflicts with the Wholesale Customer Agreement, or the Wellness Advocate Agreement and doTERRA Policy Manual (collectively, "the Agreement"), the Agreement is controlling.
