Once received during Registration, attendees must wear their event lanyard and badge at all times.

Entrances

Attendees can enter the venue through two entrances. If arriving by car and parking in Car Park C, please use the Astrid Hall entrance and follow the marked walkway. If you are arriving by public transport, please follow the signs for ING arena; look for Gate B1.

Travel

Here are some tips on getting around during your stay in Brussels. Be sure to refer to local recent timetables, routes and fares before travelling.

 

Airports

Our event venue and the centre of Brussels are easily reachable from Brussels Airport and Brussels Charleroi Airport, with flexible options for car, bus and metro, and journey times taking as little as 25 minutes. Click here for the best travel advice from Brussels' public transport network.

 

Car

Getting to our venue from the city centre takes approximately 20–25 minutes. We suggest using Car Park C if travelling by car to the venue; it holds 10,000 parking spaces and is directly connected to the Brussels Expo via a pedestrian bridge and path.

Visitors can pay for parking upon arrival at the entrance, and advance parking tickets are available for purchase on the venue's website. Please refer to the opening hours below, and click here for more venue parking information.

Saturday 10 May | Opens at 09:00. There will be no set closing time on this day, to allow attendees to exit after the event.

Taxi

Popular taxi companies include Autolux and B TAXI. You can also use Bolt and Uber.

 

Metro and Tram

You can easily take the metro and tram to the ING Arena. To reach the venue, you can take metro line 6 to Heysel, or take the line 7 tram to Heysel.

Metro tickets can cost as little as €2.30, and a Brupass offers flexible travel options according to the time you want to spend travelling.

The best advice on travel routes and fares comes from the Brussels Intercommunal Transport Company (STIB-MIVB).

 

Bus

The Palais 12 bus stop is the closest to the ING Arena and can be reached on bus number 83, which offers easy routes around the city.

Empowerment Day attendees unable to register on Wednesday 7 May are advised to register as early as possible on Thursday 8 May.

  • All attendees are advised to register on Wednesday 7 May or Thursday 8 May. Registration availability is exceptionally limited on Friday 9 May, and is unavailable on Saturday 10 May.
  • Registration queues will be outside and we expect long lines, especially on Thursday 8 May. Please bring sun cream, water, an umbrella, and other essentials.
  • Diamonds and above have a separate registration area and entrance to the event. Please see the 'Diamonds+ Convention Benefits' section for more details.
 

How to Register

1. Scan your Eventbrite QR code (on a device or printed) at the screens in the check-in kiosks. These are found in your Eventbrite confirmation email. You can also search by name.

All QR codes must be scanned. If you bought separate tickets for Convention and Empowerment Day, all separate codes must be scanned for separate badges.

2. Badges will be printed automatically and you can receive your free Convention gifts*.

Diamonds and above MUST register in the Diamonds+ registration area, located near main registration. There will be relevant signage in place.

*Attendees receive a free event backpack, doTERRA-branded notebook and pen (Convention adult tickets only). Free gifts not included in Empowerment Day tickets.

 

Empowerment Day Tickets

• If you purchased a combination ticket for Convention and Empowerment Day (listed on Eventbrite as 'Convention 2025 Combo' ticket), you should receive your badge/s, lanyard and free Convention gifts when you register for Empowerment Day. You do not need to register again for Convention, and cannot collect gifts more than once.

• If you purchased separate Empowerment Day and Convention tickets and did not scan your Convention ticket when registering for Empowerment Day, you need to register using your Convention ticket using the steps outlined above.

 

Registration Terms

• The free Convention gifts are not included with standalone Empowerment Day tickets. You must be attending Convention to receive the free gifts.

• Purchased your Convention ticket on or after 9 April? Register as usual in the registration area, but any recognition ribbons must be collected from the help desk. You will be directed here if required.

 

Attendees must wear their event badge at all times!

 

Wheelchair Access

If you require wheelchair access, please make yourself known to one of our team or visit the help desk near the registration area and we will be happy to guide you to the entrance and dedicated seating area.

This year, we’re offering a selection of dōTERRA Healing Hands™ workshops to allow attendees to create their own beautiful essential oil blends to support their journey. These workshops are based on a variety of themes and offer a wonderful opportunity to truly feel the gifts of the earth, plus the proceeds (VAT exclusive) from these essential oil blending workshops will fund doTERRA Healing Hands.

You must have pre-booked and paid for a ticket in advance to attend. Please note spaces were limited and available on a first come, first served basis, and tickets are non-refundable. Please refer to the workshops agenda above for more information on these sessions.

Earn Loyalty Points! You will earn Loyalty Points on your Convention Kit purchase if you have a qualifying Loyalty Order (LRP) of 50 PV or more in May. Your points will be added via the normal process when commission reports are run in June. Please note the Convention Kit cannot be placed on LRP.

Click and Collect payments will be processed online via card. You can enter new card information, or use a payment card currently saved on your doTERRA account. Please note payment verification steps may apply. Paying by card is the only payment method available.

How To Order

PLEASE NOTE: Only attendees who provided their ID when they registered can use the Click and Collect website.

  • Scan the QR code on the flyer in your free Convention backpack or from the screen in general session. You can also access the site using the link above, or here:
  • Log in to the website using your dōTERRA ID and password.
  • Add the items to your cart and enter payment information. You can use previously saved cards.
  • Review your order and proceed to checkout.
  • A confirmation barcode will appear once your order is processed.

Click and Collect Help Desk

If you have trouble processing your Click and Collect order, there are designated help desks at the Click & Collect collection points, where we can assist with any order queries.

How to Collect

Simply display your order confirmation barcode to a doTERRA team member at the Click and Collect Collection Point in the Feel Showcase. You can access the barcode again by logging back into the website and clicking 'View Orders'.

To access all live language interpretation, attendees must use their own phone/devices and headphones and use specified QR codes per language. Headsets are not available at the venue.

Ribbons and Recognition

Each attendee will receive ribbons depending on their accomplishments in 2024/2025. Ribbons can be attached to the bottom of your event badge connected to your lanyard.

If you purchased your Convention ticket on or after 9 April, you will need to collect your ribbons from the help desk in the registration area.

Qualification Criteria:

Top Enroller - You stand among the top 200 enrollers across Europe from April 2024 to March 2025.

Founders Club – You qualified as a Founder within Europe in 2024.

Legacy Trip Winner – You qualified to attend a Legacy Trip from January 2024 – December 2024.

10+ Years with doTERRA – You have been with doTERRA for 10 years or more up until March 2025.

5+ Years with doTERRA– You have been with doTERRA between 5–9 years up until March 2025.

New Rank Achieved – You achieved a new rank of Silver or above from April 2024 – March 2025.

Rank Ribbons – You have reached a rank of Silver or above, based on the highest rank ever achieved.

Diamond Club Graduate – You graduated from Diamond Club in either Spring or Autumn 2024.

Diamond Club Sponsor – You sponsored a participant in Diamond Club during Spring or Autumn 2024. If you sponsored multiple members, you will receive one ribbon.

Diamond Club Trip Winner – You qualified for a Diamond Club trip in 2024.

Diamond Club Winner – You were a winner of Diamond Club in either Spring or Autumn 2024.

Premier Club Graduate – You graduated from Premier Club in either Spring or Autumn 2024.

Elite Boost Qualifier – You qualified for the Elite Boost Promotion.

Elite Boost VIP – You qualified for VIP Recognition at Feel Convention 2025 as part of the Elite Boost Promotion.

Online Training Student – You are a member of doTERRA Europe Training (europetraining.doterra.com) and have successfully completed one or more courses up until March 2025.

Only members who have met one or more of the above criteria will receive ribbons. If you received an incorrect ribbon or are missing a ribbon, visit the help desk onsite located in the registration area.

Recognition Collection Point

• Silver and above rank advancers in Europe who advanced prior to May 2024 can pick up their trophies from the Recognition Collection Point. Trophies can be collected for any Silver and above ranks achieved in the past. Collection is only available for those with a European account who have not previously received or collected their trophy.

• New Silver and above rank advancers in Europe from May 2024 – March 2025 will be awarded trophies during the onstage recognition at the Celebration Evening and will therefore not need to collect these from the Recognition Collection Point.

Diamond Club Collection Point

Graduates and Sponsors from Diamond Club Spring and Autumn 2024 can collect a free t-shirt from the Diamond Club Collection Point. Sizes will start at XS and will go up to XXL. If you have graduated or sponsored someone more than once, only one t-shirt can be collected.

Diamonds+ Convention Benefits

There are some exclusive privileges available at the arena for Diamonds and above who have reached a minimum rank of Diamond at least once from April 2024 – March 2025.

• Diamonds+ Registration area. Diamond Leaders and above must use this designated Diamonds+ registration area!

• Diamonds+ Entrance. An exclusive entrance to the venue. Please use Gates 4 & 5 from the Registration area and follow relevant signage.

• Reserved general sessions seating. Once qualified, you will sit at your highest rank ever achieved. Each account qualifies for two reserved seats. The second seat may be taken by a guest of your choosing. If you have a co-applicant account and both account holders are in attendance, you cannot bring an additional guest. Please note children are not included within your two reserved seats. Children are permitted in the reserved seating area, but a relevant event ticket must have been purchased for them.

• Specific Diamonds+ Click & Collect collection point, at the Merchandise Click and Collect area.

• Lemon Lounge (Blue Diamonds and above, and Convention speakers only).

• Access to Floor Passes for qualifiers. Please refer to the Celebration Evening Information for more details on Floor Passes.

 

Lemon Lounge

Open to Blue Diamonds and above, and Convention speakers only

The Lemon Lounge is an exclusive private space for our top Leaders to relax. To qualify to use the lounge, you must be a Blue Diamond or above who reached Diamond at least once from April 2024 – March 2025.

The lounge is on the first floor of the Feel Showcase. If you require wheelchair access, please let a member of the team know and we can guide you to the elevator.

Refreshments

Light refreshments will be available in the Lemon Lounge during open hours, including tea, coffee and water. Additional beverages can be purchased from the bar.

 

Additional Information

• There will be no allocated seating at Convention, aside from a dedicated area for Diamonds+ and those who require wheelchair access.

• Please note that the General Session hall will be cleaned between and after sessions. You must take all your belongings with you during breaks and at the end of each day.

• If you require wheelchair access, please make yourself known to one of our team and we will be able to assist you with access to seating.

Luggage and Stroller Storage

There is a dedicated area near the Help Desk where attendees can leave their strollers. For smaller items to be stored, there are 300 lockers available. We recommend bringing as minimal luggage into the venue as possible. Please note all luggage and belongings are the responsibility of the owner.

Food and Drink

Various snacks, meals, refreshments and beverages will be available to buy from kiosks, stands and food trucks throughout the venue, including light snacks, pastries, tea and coffee, pizza, pasta, vegetarian dishes, and other international cuisine options. See the opening hours below.

Food and drink is permitted in the Feel Showcase and Impact Hall, however, no food can be taken into the TerraTalks Auditorium.

General Convention registration is open until 19:00 on Thursday 8 May.

If you cannot register on Wednesday 7 May, we advise you register as early as possible on Thursday 8 May to avoid missing the beginning of the Empowerment Day event.

How to Register

• Scan your Eventbrite QR barcode (from a device or printed) using the screens at the registration desks. This was provided in your Eventbrite confirmation email.

All QR codes must be scanned. If you bought separate tickets for Convention, Empowerment Day or a dōTERRA Healing Hands™ workshop, all separate codes must be scanned to receive separate badges.

• Badge/s will be printed automatically. If you are attending Convention, you will also receive your free Convention gifts.*

Diamonds and above have a separate registration area and entrance to the venue. Please follow relevant signage.

*Convention attendees will receive a free event backpack with a doTERRA-branded notebook and pen (adult tickets only).

Convention + Empowerment Day Tickets

• If you purchased a combination ticket for Convention and Empowerment Day (listed on Eventbrite as 'Convention 2025 Combo' ticket), you should receive your badge/s, lanyard and free Convention gifts when you register for Empowerment Day. You will not need to register again for Convention, and cannot collect gifts more than once.

• If you purchased separate Empowerment Day and Convention tickets, you must scan both QR codes from your Eventbrite confirmation emails to receive your badges and ribbons.

 

Registration Help Desk

There will be a help desk within the registration area to assist attendees experiencing issues when checking in and for any general queries. You will be directed here if required.

Diamonds+ Reserved Seating

Diamond lanyards must be worn at all times to access Diamond+ privileges.

Diamonds and above will have reserved seating based on reaching Diamond at least once from April 2024 – March 2025. Once qualified, you will sit at your highest rank ever achieved. Seat covers will indicate specified ranks.

Example: If your maximum rank is Diamond, but you have only reached the rank of Gold in the qualification period, then you will not qualify for the reserved seating area.

Each account qualifies for two reserved seats. The second seat may be taken by a guest of your choosing. If you have a co-applicant account and both account holders are in attendance, you cannot bring an additional guest. Please note children are not included within your two reserved seats. Children are permitted in the reserved seating area, but a relevant event ticket must have been purchased for them.

 

Translation Services

Translation services will be accessible using the same process for Convention. Please refer to the Convention Key Event Information for details.

Remember, attendees are required to use their own phone/devices and headphones. Headsets are not available at the venue. Please ensure your device is fully charged, or bring a portable charger.

 

Internet Access

Free Wi-Fi will be available at the venue. Join the network and follow relevant instructions on your device/s.

With over 1000 members walking on stage, electrifying live entertainment, and the chance to get dressed up and sparkle, we promise an amazing night for all Convention ticket holders.*

For our exciting recognition highlights, you'll watch qualifiers parade walk across the stage and join us in celebrating the successes of our wonderful community. Followed by incredible live entertainment, music and dancing for everyone in attendance, get ready to be surrounded by shimmering excitement and joy!

*You must have purchased a Convention ticket to enter the Celebration Evening. Standalone Empowerment Day tickets do not include access to the Celebration Evening.

Once received during Registration, attendees must wear their event lanyard and badge at all times.

What better theme for Feel Convention? Don't just wear your best sparkle – take in every second of the extraordinary celebration atmosphere and feel the glow!

 

Seating

There is general tiered seating available for the Celebration Evening, and there will also be seating sections for families with children.

 

Floor Passes

For the first time, we're introducing a floor pass system for the Celebration Evening. Available to our highest achievers and their selected guests, floor passes grant access to an exclusive area of the venue. To qualify for floor passes, you must meet either of the following criteria:

• Achieve the rank of Diamond at least once from April 2024 – March 2025

• Have qualified to walk the stage for either group walks or individual walks

Each qualifying account will receive an allocated number of tickets for their personal use and to be distributed to their chosen guests.

If you have any queries about floor passes on-site at the event, please refer to the help desk in the registration area.

At least one week before the event, our Recognition Team will contact all qualifiers for floor passes, and all stage walk qualifiers will be notified of their stage walk meeting point and time.


The below group walk categories will receive 2 floor passes per account:

• Diamond Club Graduates (group walk): You graduated from Diamond Club in either Spring or Autumn 2024.

• Founders Club (group walk): You qualified as a Founder within Europe in 2024.

• Elite Boost (group walk): you qualified for the Elite Boost promotion from 1 November 2024 – 31 January 2025.

• Silver Rank Advancers (group walk): You reached a new rank of Silver from May 2024 – March 2025.

• Gold Rank Advancers (group walk): You reached a new rank of Gold from May 2024 – March 2025.

• Platinum Rank Advancers (group walk): You reached a new rank of Platinum from May 2024 – March 2025.


The below individual walk categories will receive 10 floor passes per account:

• Diamond Club Winners (individual walks): You won a Diamond Club season in either Spring or Autumn 2024.

• Elite Boost VIP (individual walk): you qualified as a VIP for the Elite Boost promotion from 1 November 2024 – 31 January 2025.

• Diamonds+ Rank Advancers (individual walks): You reached a new rank of Diamond or above from May 2024 – March 2025.

 

Additional Information

Qualifying Diamonds attending the Celebration Evening who are not walking the stage will also qualify for 2 floor passes per account.

• If you meet more than one of the above criteria, you will only be provided with floor passes for one category.

• If you qualified for a Rank Advancement category prior to May 2024, please contact us directly at eurecognition@doterra.com so you can receive your invitation.

Language Interpretation

There will be no language interpretation at the Celebration Evening; the evening is dedicated to sparkling, celebrating and dancing!

 

Refreshments

There will be plenty of celebratory drinks, refreshments and snacks available from nearby kiosks and food trucks in the venue at the Celebration Evening, to cater for a variety of tastes and preferences. Please note no food or beverages are included with your ticket and must be purchased separately.
