Directions For Use

Use as a light carrier oil for topical applications of essential oils which require dilution. Dilute each oil in accordance with the directions found on each oil label. The mixing of Coconut oil with essential oils works well, and additionally, this combination will not distort any essential oil's fragrance or unique character.
Mix with calming oils and massage into neck and shoulders for deeper relaxation .
In the case of an overly sensitive skin reaction to an essential oil, you can ease the sensitivity by rubbing Fractionated Coconut Oil directly on the affected area.
