This proprietary blend of CPTG® essential oils includes Ginger to help ease occasional stomach discomfort. Peppermint and Caraway are well known for their many benefits. Add to Fractionated Coconut Oil as a part of a gentle tummy massage. Calm occasional gastric upsets, keep stomach jitters at bay, and maintain a healthy digestive system.

Uses

  • Diffuse for a sweet, minty calming aroma.
  • Rub on the stomach before flying or taking a road trip as part of a massage.

Directions for Use 

Diffusion: Use one to two drops in the diffuser of choice. 

Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Add one drop of the blend to 3-5 ml dōTERRA fractionated coconut oil. See additional precautions below.
