Ingredients

  • ½ cup cashew or almond milk
  • 2 scoops doTERRA Fiber
  • 1 cup apple slices
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1 handful ice cubes
  • 1 toothpick swirl Cinnamon Bark essential oil

Instructions

  • Mix everything in a blender
  • Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
