The recent wildfires raging across Northern California have left behind significant destruction—destroying countless homes, and leaving families in a state of panic and desperation.

With help from doTERRA Diamond Leader, Jen Broas, the doTERRA Healing Hands Foundation was able to bring products to doTERRA Wellness Advocates and their families who have been affected by the fire devastation in the Santa Rosa area. doTERRA Wellness Advocates in this area have been affected by the Tubbs fire, and Jen personally knew of a few team members who had lost their homes completely. Reaching out to her doTERRA network, Jen coordinated a donation for the families in need.

Because so many families have been displaced from their homes and still do not have a place to stay, they will only accept donations of things they can carry with them. The Healing Hands Foundation helped to provide nearly 40 doTERRA Wellness Advocates and their families with some essential products during this time of need.

Many are now calling the Tubbs fire the most destructive wildfire in California history, after leaving 22 people dead and demolishing over 5,000 homes and structures.  Countless families have completely lost their homes, while many others have been evacuated or displaced, and will not be able to return to their homes for the foreseeable future.

Upon receiving products from the Healing Hands Foundation, Jen and other doTERRA leaders were able distribute the products to other doTERRA Wellness Advocates, and to some police and fire first responders. After getting the donated product into the hands of her fellow doTERRA Wellness Advocates, Jen said, “We would like to thank doTERRA and the entire Healing Hands Foundation for moving quickly in an uncertain time for so many, and responding to a desperate need.”
