Post-workout Gym Buddies – Oils You Cannot Live Without


Experiencing terrible muscle sores after a long gym session and having to bear through it for a couple of days until the sore wears off? Perhaps you may want to consider the essential oils below to help soothe the sore.

 

Muscle Rub
- 5 drops Ginger essential oil
- 5 drops Peppermint essential oil
- 5 drops Eucalyptus essential oil
- 1 tablespoon Fractionated Coconut Oil

 

Muscle Soak
- 1 cup Epsom salt
- 2 drops Peppermint essential oil
- 2 drops Black Pepper essential oil

 

Leg Soothing Blend
- 3-4 drops Deep Blue essential oil
- 3-4 drops Lemongrass essential oil
- 1-2 drops Helichrysum essential oil
