Morning Fresh Start


A great morning determines how our day will run. Waking up a little earlier to settle your emotions and get ready may put you up to a better day ahead.

 

Setting up Fresh
Don’t leave the house leaving groggy, a short half an hour of morning meditation is great to give focus, collect your thoughts on your checklist for the day. Essential oils such as Balance, Anchor (in the doTERRA Yoga Collection) are great to support during meditation.

 

Consistency is the Key
Its not about waking up a day feeling great but the next feeling terrible. Being consistent in telling your mind to give it a fresh start is important. Find an essential oil that can help you freshen up as you prepare yourself for the morning. This will help prep your mind every day before you leave the house for work or school.

 

Exercise
A quick exercise may be all you need to get your mind started on your day. Warming up and cooling down are essential steps to a complete exercise routine. Oils with warming properties such as Clove, Cinnamon Bark and Cassia is great to be applied to muscles during warm up and oils such as Peppermint, Basil and Deep Blue is great to help relax muscles during the cool down process.
