Spain Trip Dates: 30 September to 2 October 2025 (2 nights, 3 days)

Qualification: Earn points by enrolling new members, enrolments to the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) and enrolment orders

Itinerary

Day One

Check in at this 5-star beachfront resort and take advantage of the spa, pool or beach for an afternoon of rest and relaxation. Meet up with other attendees for an evening at your leisure.

Day Two

Be ready for some great conversations, enjoy a day of meetings in the garden and on the beach! As the sun sets it's time for the Gala Dinner with views of the Mediterranean Sea. Continue the celebration feeling with dancing till late!

Day Three

Power Meeting - Featuring International Double Diamond - Matt Hall. Exclusive training not to be missed!

Afternoon - Depart and make your way to Leadership.

*Guests will be eligible to partake in all trip activities and meals. Please note your guest must be an immediate family member or a co-applicant. Accommodation is provided on the basis that a winner and their guest share a room.

Qualification Criteria

Qualify between 1 March – 31 July 2025

To achieve the trip, or to be entered into a prize draw to achieve the trip, you must earn a minimum of 150 points through the following ways:

  • Personally enrol new members to doTERRA in any of Europe West countries /li>
  • New or existing customers in your downline join the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP)

Enrolment Points

Enrol a new member with a single enrolment order

2 Points: 100–199 PV enrolment order

5 Points: 200 PV+ enrolment order

Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) Points

New enrollee* signs up to the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) with a single Loyalty Order (LRP)

2 Points: 50–99 PV Loyalty Order (LRP)

10 Points: 100 PV+ Loyalty Order (LRP)

Repeat Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) Points

The new enrollee* places a single Loyalty Order (LRP) for a second month

5 Points: 50–99 PV Loyalty Order (LRP)

15 Points: 100 PV+ Loyalty Order (LRP)

*A new enrollee is defined as anyone who is placing their enrolment order, or an existing member who has not placed a Loyalty Order (LRP) in the previous 6 months.

Winner Selection

A total of 26 winners, chosen from 9 seperate groups will qualify for a place on the trip:

The Wellness Advocate who has the most total points from each of these countries - France, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom. Winners must also have achieved the maximum rank of Manager, Director, Executive, Elite, Premier, Silver, Gold or Platinum.

One 'Wild Card'* will be selected at random from each of these countries: France, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom

The Wellness Advocate with the most total points and one 'Wild Card'* will be selected from one of these countries - Andorra, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Sweden, Switzerland**

The 10 Wellness Advocates with the most qualifying points who have also achieved the maximum rank of Diamond or higher.

*Wild Card: Any Wellness Advocate ranked Manager to Platinum, who has earned 150 points or more throughout the qualification period.

** French and Italian speaking account in Switzerland only

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Acceptance of the trip will be required within the stated registration period in order to redeem the prize.
  • Any upgrade requests and changes to the original booking will be administered and paid for by the winner.
  • The trip is not transferable, not otherwise redeemable, has no cash value and must be accepted as awarded.
  • New enrolments must have a 1-2-1 wellness consult by the enroller.
  • Participants, new enrollees and Loyalty Rewards Program customers must reside in West Europe as defined in the promotion.
  • A new LRP is either a new enrolment or an existing customer who hasn't made an LRP order in the last 6 months.
  • The promotion period is 1 March 2024 – 31 July 2025.
  • Winners for the WEshare2025 trip will be selected from participating regions.
  • If bringing a guest, accommodation is based on the winner and their guest sharing a room. Any additional rooms or upgrades will need to be arranged and paid for by the trip winner/guest.
  • The term ‘West Europe’ applies to the following countries: Andorra – Belgium – Cyprus – Denmark – Estonia – Finland – France – Greece – Iceland – Ireland – Italy – Luxembourg – Malta – Monaco – Netherlands – Norway – Portugal – Spain – Sweden – United Kingdom – Switzerland (French and Italian speaking accounts only). German speaking accounts in Switzerland do not qualify for the promotion and should follow promotions hosted by the DACH region. Please note these region names are used for internal operational purposes only and are not related to any geographical or political definitions.
  • All new enrolments must reside in West Europe as defined in the list above.
  • Transport to Leadership 2025 is not included. Option to join the Corporate Team on the fast train to Madrid.
  • Members ranked Diamond and above who have qualifying incentive winners in their team may request a buy-in for this trip. Buy-ins are subject to availability.
  • Each dōTERRA Wellness Advocate must be active and in compliance with his or her applicable dōTERRA Wellness Advocate Terms and Conditions (Agreement) and the Policy Manual during the qualification period in order to qualify for and receive the trip reward.
  • dōTERRA reserves the right to audit, adjust or deny any volume, compensations, recognition or other rewards earned during or as a result of the trip, to ensure the spirit of the trip is achieved. Wellness Advocates may be immediately disqualified from trips if dōTERRA determines in its sole discretion a violation has occurred. Violations may include, but not be limited to: modification, fraud, compliance issues, or bonus buying. dōTERRA reserves the right to disqualify any Wellness Advocate at any given time for violation of the Terms & Conditions of the trip.

Disclaimer

Please note that any member found to have breached compliance guidelines, may at dōTERRA’s sole discretion, be disqualified from online or in-person recognition, all event or trip qualifications, and attendance including but not necessarily limited to Founders Club and Diamond Club opportunities. These members will need to work with dōTERRA Compliance Team to regain their good standing with the company, before being considered again for any future events, recognition-related achievements or qualifications.
