Travel

Car

The venue has an underground garage available at a rate of €20 per day. Free parking is available at Prenzlauer Berg, 10407 Berlin, which is a 5-minute walk away.

Tram, S-Bahn and Bus

In front of the venue is the Landsberger Allee tram, S-Bahn & bus station which connects with the rest of the city.
 

Plane

The venue is located 35-40 minutes by taxi from Berlin Airport.

Train

The venue is approximately a 15-20 minute taxi ride from the main train station in Berlin.

Where

 

There will be signs directing you to the registration area on the ground floor of the hotel lobby.

Diamonds and above will have a separate priority check-in lane within the Registration area.

 

When

 

Leadership Retreat + Diamond Summit Attendees

Registrations for Leaders attending both Leadership Retreat and Diamond Summit will take place at Diamond Summit on Wednesday 4 October, 2023.

Leadership Retreat Attendees Only

For Leaders only attending Leadership Retreat, registrations will take place on Friday 6 October, between 10.00–13.00.

 

How to Register

  • You will have received an email containing a QR code from Eventbrite. You can bring this on your smartphone or printed out.
  • Be ready to scan the barcode at the registration desks.
  • Your badge, lanyard, any qualifying ribbons and your free Leadership Retreat gifts will be given to you.

You will receive free gifts when you register, including a FREE dōTERRA Rose Hydrosol Mist (100 ml), event bag, and branded notebook and pen!

Ribbons and Recognition

Each attendee will receive ribbons when they register depending on what they have accomplished in 2022/2023. Ribbons can be attached to the bottom of your event badge connected to your lanyard.

Top Enroller – You are in the top 200 enrollers in the whole of Europe from August 2022 – July 2023. 

Founders Club – You qualified to be a Founder within Europe in 2022.

Legacy Trip Winner – You qualified to attend a Legacy Trip from April 2022 – June 2023.   

10+ Years with doTERRA – You have been with doTERRA for 10 years or more up until July 2023. 

5+ Years with doTERRA – You have been with doTERRA between 5-9 years up until July 2023. 

New Rank Achieved – You achieved a new rank of Silver or above from August 2022 – July 2023. 

Rank Ribbons – You have reached a rank of Silver or above. Based on the highest rank ever achieved.  

Diamond Club Graduate – You graduated from Diamond Club in either Autumn 2022 or Spring 2023. 

Diamond Club Sponsor – You sponsored someone in Diamond Club in Autumn 2022 or Spring 2023. If you have sponsored multiple members, you will only receive one ribbon.  

Diamond Club Trip Winner – You qualified for a Diamond Club trip in 2023. 

Diamond Club Winner – You were a winner of Diamond Club in either Autumn 2022 or Spring 2023. 

 


 

Reserved Seating

Reserved seating will be arranged in the first rows of each session for Diamond and above ticket holders.

To be eligible for reserved seating, you must have reached the minimum rank of Diamond at least once from August 2022 – July 2023.

 


 

Merchandise

Exclusive merchandise items were available to pre-order through our Click and Collect pre-order website, available for a limited time only.
Merchandise was offered as pre-order only, and all orders will be available to collect at the venue. No merchandise items will be available to buy on site. Only registered attendees were able to pre-order merchandise products.

Order Collection

Merchandise order collection times can be found in our event Agenda.
If you have any questions about a merchandise pre-order you have placed, please come to the signposted order collection point.



 


 

Translation Services

Leadership Retreat will be hosted in English. Language interpretation will be available in the following languages: German, Romanian, Hungarian, French, Polish.
There will be signage in place for translations booths where you will collect any required headsets. Please note the provided headsets must be used; you will not be able to access live transations with your own headphones.

IMPORTANT: Headsets MUST be returned at the end of the day to be recharged.

 


 

Celebration Party: 'Golden Twenties'

Dress Code: 1920’s theme, glitz and glamour.

Prepare to be transported to a bygone era of extravagance, as our stunning Leadership Retreat venue is transformed into a lavish setting, complete with all the glitz and glamour of the 1920s. As you arrive, indulge in a mocktail followed by a standing buffet, all while immersing yourself in the ambience. Throughout the evening, you will be entertained by a variety of acts that represent this iconic decade, before being brought back to present day with our headliner DJ. A true night to remember!

Dress Code

Outside of the Golden Twenties Celebration Party, the dress code for the event is business casual.

Food and Drink

Various cafés and restaurants are available within walking distance of the venue.

Facilities

Please note that there is no Mothers Room available.
