dōTERRA Rank Advancements

Overview

When you advance to a brand new rank that you have reached for the first time, you will receive recognition.

• New Executive, Elite, and Premier ranks will receive a certificate.
• In addition to a certificate, new Premiers will automatically have 30 Product Points added to their account.
• New ranks of Silver+ get the opportunity to receive a certificate, and a rank gift package which includes essential oil products/accessories, and doTERRA rank branded merchandise items exclusive to your specific rank.

Qualification Criteria

New rank packages are shipped to accounts that have rank advanced from July 2023 onwards. New packages cannot be sent to any account for previous ranks achieved before July 2023.

When

Rank advancement gift packages usually arrive four weeks after commissions are finalised and paid. If you have not received your gift package after six weeks following commissions being completed, please contact: eurecognition@doterra.com

Example

If you rank advance in January, your package will be shipped at the end of February and you will receive your package at the beginning of March.

Certificates

Silver+ certificates will be personalised with the name you provide on the form that is sent to you from eurecognition@doterra.com. Names are not printed for ranks below Silver. Certificates are sent out in English only.

Shipping

• For Executive, Elite, and Premier ranks, the main distributor address on the doTERRA account is used as the shipping address. Please note that packages sent for Executive, Elite and Premier ranks are not tracked.


• For Silver rank and above, an address request form is sent from eurecognition@doterra.com to the email address on your account. This form must be completed within the 48-hour deadline to receive your recognition package in the upcoming group of shipments. If the form is not completed within the 48-hour deadline, you can complete it at your earliest convenience, however this means that your recognition package will be sent with the next group of shipments if your address is provided using the form. If no form is received, no package will be shipped. Please monitor your email inbox to keep an eye out for the form to be sent to you. We suggest also checking Spam or Junk folders. Packages sent for Silver rank and above are tracked. An email from the courier will be received once the shipment has been arranged.

Please note that this recognition only applies to accounts based in Europe or Israel; only addresses based in a European country or Israel can be provided.

Rank advancement packages are shipped at the end of the following month after your rank advancement; this is approximately 4 weeks after commissions are processed and paid. Delivery can be expected at the beginning of the month after they are sent.

For example: If you rank advance in January, your package will be shipped at the end of February, and you can expect to receive your package in March.

If you do not receive your package 6 weeks after your commissions are processed and paid, please contact eurecognition@doterra.com.

Replacements

If you have not received your rank package, you can request a replacement by following the below process:

• Rank/ranks for the replacement package
• doTERRA ID Number
• First and last name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Full shipping address

Replacements are only sent upon request, and will be sent within the next batch of shipments.

Products

The oil gift for Silver+ packages are subject to change based on availability and stock, and could be a 5 ml, 10 ml roll-on or 15 ml bottle.
