Team App - Corporate Communications

The Team App is a resource that is available for members ranked Diamonds and above. The platform has been created as an additional channel of communication, where we will share important news and updates. The Team App has replaced the European Diamond Leaders closed Facebook group as our primary method of corporate communication with our valued Diamonds. The Facebook group has remained open for Recognition and discussions between you and your fellow Diamonds.

We will be sharing content on the app in English, French, German, Hungarian, Italian and Romanian.

To download the app and join the group, please follow these instructions: 

• On your mobile phone, go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on your device. 
• Search for ‘Stack Team App’ and download it. This is the logo to help find the app. 
• Once downloaded, click the ‘Log In or Sign Up’ button and add your email address. 
• Follow the ‘Create Account’ process to set up your profile. 
• Once your profile is set up, you will land on a page saying that you do not belong to any teams or clubs. 
• On this page, click the button ‘Find your Team / Club.’
• Search for ‘Europe’ and you should see ‘Europe dōTERRA Diamonds’ in your search results. This is the logo for the group. 
• Click on the group and select ‘Request to join this team’s app’ at the top of the page. 
• Fill in your details on the following page and click ‘Save’. 
• We will be notified and grant you access to the group!

What is the Stack Team App?

The Stack Team App was created to communicate with large social groups. It allows us to create a customisable app with a variety of features, that we can use to share valuable and important information with you.

Why is dōTERRA Europe using the Stack Team App?

After feedback about our corporate communications on Facebook from our Diamonds and above, we wanted to create a channel that we could use to communicate more effectively with you. After a period of researching and testing the platform, we launched the Team App to fulfil the need of this missing channel of communication. This has the added benefit of communicating in additional languages other than English, unlike Facebook.

I can’t find the dōTERRA Europe Diamonds group. How can I find it?

All you need to do is click on ‘Find your Team / Club’ and then search for ‘Europe.’ Once you have searched, you simply need to look for the group named doTERRA Europe Diamonds, click on it and then click the ‘Request to join this team’s app.’
