Q: How do I qualify for the free doTERRA Adaptiv 15ml and Lavender Touch 10ml?
A: New sign-ups must register in April with a 100+ PV order to earn the free doTERRA Adaptiv 15ml,. If they place their first 100 PV LRP order in May, they’ll get the free Lavender Touch.
Enrollers must also place a 100+ PV order in April and May to qualify for their doTERRA Adaptiv 15ml and Lavender Touch 10ml.

Q: When is this promotion taking place?
A: If you didn't qualify in April, you cannot qualify for the products in May.

Q: Do I need to add the free items to my cart?
A: No, the free doTERRA Adaptiv 15ml will automatically be added to the new enrollee’s qualifying order. The free Lavender Touch 10ml will automatically add to new enrollee’s first 100 PV LRP order in May.
For qualifying enrollers, the free doTERRA Adaptiv 15ml and Lavender Touch will be automatically added to their 100 PV LRP order in May 2024.

Q: When will I receive my free products?
A: New members will receive their free doTERRA Adaptiv 15ml with their 100 PV registration order in April. They’ll receive the free Lavender Touch 10ml with their first 100 PV LRP order in May.
Qualifying enrollers will receive both the doTERRA Adaptiv 15ml and Lavender Touch 10ml in their 100 PV May order.

Q: What if I place a qualifying order in April, but don’t in May? Will orders in June count?
A: New members will not qualify for the Lavender Touch 10ml if they place their first 100 PV LRP order in June. The order must be in May.
Qualifying enrollers will not qualify for the doTERRA Adaptiv 15l or Lavender Touch 10ml if they don’t place their May 100 PV LRP order. Orders placed in June will not count either.

Q: I just reactivated my account. Do I qualify for the free products?
A: No, only new sign-ups and enrollers can qualify to earn the free doTERRA Adaptiv 15ml and Lavender Touch 10ml.

Q: My first order was less than 100 PV. Can I place another order to earn the free doTERRA Adaptiv 15ml?

Q: How many times can I qualify for the free products?
