  1. BOGOs can process on one-time, Rewards, enrollment, or retail orders.
  2. Each BOGO runs from 12:00 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time (MT) on Monday, November 17, until 11:59 p.m. MT on Friday, November 21. Orders must be processed during this window. Don’t save BOGOs to a Rewards order scheduled to process on a later date.
  3. The BOGO limit is five per order.
  4. Points cannot be used to purchase BOGOs.

Will BOGOs last all week?

This November BOGOs will happen from November 17-21, 2025.

Is there a BOGO Box I can purchase for this week’s BOGOs?

There is no BOGO Box being offered for the November 2025 BOGO week. However, you can still save on shipping by ordering multiple BOGOs at once, and you can get an extra free item (Osmanthus Touch 10 mL) if you place any order of 150 PV or more.

Can I save a BOGO to process a scheduled Rewards Order?

No. BOGOs don’t save to doTERRA Rewards templates. If you save the BOGO to your scheduled Rewards order to process later, the free item won’t be included in that order. You must manually process your Rewards order on the day of the BOGO to receive the free item.

Can I use points to participate in BOGOs?

No. Points cannot be used for BOGO promotions.

How do I know if my order has been placed and processed correctly?

An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on your doTERRA account.

I missed the BOGO, can I get an exception?

No. These special offers are available for the specified time period only.

Which markets are eligible to participate in BOGOs?

The specific BOGO deals listed above are exclusive to the Canadian market. The US and other international markets participate in separate promotions that may be available to NFR markets.

Do BOGOs qualify to earn Rewards points?

Normal rewards points rules apply. To receive Rewards points, Rewards orders must be 50 PV or more. Free items don’t contribute to PV.
