So what do I know about essential oils and why should I be writing about them?
Good question. I am not an aromatherapist by trade, however, I have been using them for personal care and support and in my business for over 10 years. I currently split my working hours between a local non-profit, several health related online projects and my Nutritional Balancing clients. I am a trained holistic massage therapist and had my own practice for about 5 years before moving to California. Essential oils were an integral part of my massage work, helping my clients let go and sometimes even work through deeper issues.
Essential oils, when used properly, naturally support the body mind and soul and help bring back a sense of balance. I have slowly been replacing all my chemical based products with all natural organic essential oils and essential oil based products. From my cleaning supplies, to my vitamins and even my toothpaste I am chemical free and love how it feels.
I recently left Young Living to join doTerra. Did I have any particular complaint with YL? Not at all, it is an excellent company with high quality oils. I feel that DoTerra is more dynamic prefer it's wholesale and wellness advocate opportunities. I also enjoy their dedication to supporting and empowering the farmers they work with even if this means higher production costs. They value integrity just as much as quality and I feel good supporting this type of company.
If you like essential oils, I invite you to join doTerra and experience a new level of quality. If you already know about essential oils or want to, then join as a wellness advocate and enjoy a massive online resource of learning materials and share some of this knowledge with your community.
Let me know if you have any questions, I look forward to hearing from you.
