Wholesale Customer Upgrades

Wholesale Customers can upgrade to a Wellness Advocate at any time if they are interested in building a team.

Wholesale Customer accounts are almost identical to Wellness Advocate accounts. However, Wholesale Customers are not eligible for commissions and therefore do not have a downline. This account type allows members to enjoy products with a generous discount and participate in the Loyalty Rewards Program without immediately building and supporting a team.

A Wholesale Customer can upgrade to be a Wellness Advocate online for free at any time, which would allow you to start enrolling new members and grow your own dōTERRA business.

How to Upgrade

When you log into your Wholesale Customer account on doterra.eu, you will have the option to upgrade at any time.
Simply hover over "My Account" in the upper right corner, click "Upgrade my account" from the drop-down and follow the steps.

Upgraded Wholesale Customer Sponsor Changes

The Wholesale Customer who has upgraded to a Wellness Advocate is eligible for a Sponsor change if they meet the following criteria:

  • If they personally enrol a new Wellness Advocate or Wholesale Customer with a minimum enrolment order of 100 PV
  • If the Sponsor change is requested on or before the 10th of the month after their first 100 PV enrolment of a new member.*
  • They have never had a downline

The Sponsor change cannot be requested until the newly upgraded Wholesale Customer has enrolled a new member with an order of at least 100 PV. The Sponsor change is requested by the Enroller of the upgraded member through mydoterra, or by emailing europeplacements@doterra.com.

Please note that the member who upgraded from a Wholesale Customer to a Wellness Advocate will be moved together with the new member they enrol.

Re-Upgraded Accounts

Accounts that have converted between Wholesale Customer and Wellness Advocate more than once and have previously used a Sponsor change may not be eligible for an additional Sponsor change. Please contact europeplacements@doterra.com to discuss your request.
