About the AromaTouch Technique™

Physical touch is as important to the AromaTouch Technique as the aroma itself because of its ability to soothe the body and bring people together. While the main purpose of the technique is to apply the oils and provide the recipient with an essential oil experience, the AromaTouch Technique is also about connecting with another person on an emotional level.

How to Perform the AromaTouch Technique

Performing the movements of the AromaTouch Technique in order with the proper oils is vital to the desired outcome.

Balance and Lavender essential oils

1 Relaxation Phase

The Relaxation Phase focuses on movements and essential oils used to create calm in the recipient. It marks the beginning of the connections that will be built as the technique is administered and prepares the receiver for the overall, full body experience of AromaTouch.

5 The Lymphatic Movement

Although no essential oils are required for this step, the Lymphatic Movement is crucial to the desired end result of the AromaTouch Technique. Reaching this step signals the end of the journey for the giver and recipient. A strong connection has developed and created a positive response in their wellbeing.
