Our Budapest Contact Centre opened in 2020. Since, we have hired more than 250 employees, supporting members in 19 languages. It is our responsibility to assist Wellness Advocates and customers throughout their doTERRA journey, offering empathy, solutions and guidance. We look for individuals who aspire to grow, learn and have a passion for high-quality customer service. Requirement for applicants: C1 level English speaker.

Along with English, you need to be able to speak at least one of the following languages on a native or close-to-native level:

Interview Process

If you are considered for the role, we will contact you to schedule an interview with one of our recruiters. The interview process consists of a series of rounds using Microsoft Teams.

1st Round Interview:

Get to know doTERRA. During this round, you'll learn about the company, its mission and values and talk about the role.

Language Test:

If you are not a native speaker of the language you are applying for, we also conduct a Language Test after the 1st round.

2nd Round Interview:

If you pass the Language Test, you will be offered a final round interview with one of our Contact Centre Managers.
If you are successful, you will receive an offer via the Applicant Tracking System and you will have five days to respond. We wish you all the best!

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Does a Contact Centre Representative role include sales?

No. A Contact Centre Representative guides members on their doTERRA journey, helping with questions related to packages, shipping, orders and related support.

Is customer support experience a requirement?

No. Whether you have a background in customer support or not, we will teach you how to be an amazing Contact Centre Representative.

I am a mother; do you offer part-time work?

Yes. doTERRA Europe Services is a certified family-friendly employer. Many of our representatives are mothers working hours that suit their needs. We highly value the family-work-life balance.

Can I work from another city in Hungary, other than Budapest?

Yes. If you live further than 50km from our Budapest office, you are eligible to work from home. However, technical and Health and Safety requirements must be met for you to be able to work this way. This can be discussed during the 1st round interview.
Candidates who live in Budapest are generally required to spend their first 3-6 months in the office. Working from home is approved on an individual basis for employees, so be sure to raise this point during the 1st round interview.

I am a student, are there work opportunities alongside my studies?

Yes. Students are welcome! This will work on an agreed work schedule that corresponds to the required number of colleagues available simultaneously for our support lines, from Monday to Friday.
