Current Board of Directors

dōTERRA's Board of Directors is currently composed of:

• David Stirling — CEO, Founding Executive, Chair of the Board
• Greg Cook — Founding Executive
• Dr. David K. Hill — Founding Executive
• Mark Wolfert — Founding Executive
• Jeffrey Singer — Board Member, former Chief Operating Officer

Singer brings over two decades of senior management and executive experience to the board, including leadership roles at NASDAQ, SAP, Nasdaq Dubai, and the Dubai International Financial Centre. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and currently teaches finance at Utah Valley University.

In Appreciation of Past Board Leadership

After eighteen years, Emily Wright — Founding Executive and former Chair of the Board — has stepped away from her executive and day-to-day roles to spend more time with her family.

As one of the seven founders, Emily played an important role in dōTERRA's development. She served as Executive Vice President, President, and Chair of the Board.

Emily shared these words about dōTERRA: "dōTERRA has been built to be a forever company. We've done this powered by people, purpose and plants. I'm overwhelmed with what dōTERRA has become...I believe that we are only a fraction of what we can and will be in the future."

She spoke on her belief in what dōTERRA will continue to be for the people it serves: "I want you to know that we know that dōTERRA is not our company. It will continue to do legacy work through you. It lives in your hearts, and I know dōTERRA will forever be in good hands because of that."

While Emily has chosen to step away, we are deeply grateful for her legacy of positive impact and her continued support for the future of dōTERRA and the Wellness Advocates it serves. Thank you, Emily.

After over 13 years of service, Corey Lindley, Founding Executive and former CEO stepped away from his role on the board in 2023 to serve a charitable mission with his wife in Vanuatu.

From the company's earliest days, Corey played an instrumental role in building dōTERRA into the company it is today. Over the years, he served as Founding Executive, and most recently as Chief Executive Officer until 2023, guiding the company through significant growth and helping shape the operational foundation that continues to support dōTERRA's mission worldwide. Reflecting on what dōTERRA was built to be, Corey has said: "dōTERRA has a very strong foundation: we've become the world's largest essential oil company, but we're really just beginning. Our strong foundation has opened a tremendous door to the future."

While Corey has since moved into this next chapter of service, we remain deeply grateful for his years of leadership and the lasting impact he has had on dōTERRA and the Wellness Advocates who work within it.

dōTERRA remains grateful to Emily, Corey, and their foundational contributions in building the company from the ground up into the world's largest essential oils company, and for the legacy of purpose, service, and community they've helped instill across the organization.

As dōTERRA continues to grow its global reach and impact, the current board reflects a balance of the founding vision that built the company and the operational and financial expertise needed to guide it forward.
