Uses

• Apply 1–2 drops diluted with a carrier oil on the bottoms of children’s feet in the morning before school for an uplifting scent that they can take throughout their day.
• In a class setting, at work, or at home, place three to four drops of doTERRA On Guard Protective Blend essential oil in the diffuser of your choice and diffuse.
• Diffusing doTERRA On Guard Protective Blend will fill the air with its sweet scent and provide an energizing and uplifting fragrance.

Directions for Use

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
Topical Use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimise any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.
