Q: How does the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) work?
A: Those opted into the LRP may earn loyalty points when they place orders in consecutive months, based on a percentage rate. For months 1-3 on the LRP, the usual rate for qualifying orders is to earn 10% of the PV back in points. For every 3 months of qualifying orders, the percentage increases by 5%, to a maximum of 30% back in points. If you opted into the LRP program when you registered, all your orders count as LRP starting the calendar month after registration.

Q: What is the Fast Track program?
A: The Fast Track Program is a way to begin earning more loyalty points at a quicker rate. Loyalty points can be redeemed for free product! Those who qualify will begin accumulating loyalty points at 15% rather than 10% and will receive an extra 100 product points.

Q: How can I participate in Fast Track?
A: To participate in the Fast Track program, you must purchase the Natural Solutions Kit at the time of registration. After completing your first order, opt into the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP). In the following month, place a 100 PV LRP order, and you’re done! You now qualify for the 15% loyalty rewards rate and the 100 points, both of which will be awarded the following month.

Q: What are the benefits of Fast Track?
A: Those who qualify for the Fast Track program will begin earning loyalty points at 15% rather than the usual 10%. This expedites the process to the maximum 30% by three months. They will also receive 100 points, which can be redeemed for free product.

Q: How many times can I qualify for the Fast Track program?
A: You may only qualify for the Fast Track program and its benefits once. Even if you purchase the Natural Solutions Kit later, or multiple at a time, the benefits are only granted once for those who purchase it on their first order.

Q: When will I see the benefits of the Fast Track program on my account?
A: You will see your loyalty percentage increase and the loyalty points added between the 15th-20th of the month following your first LRP order. For example, if you registered with the Natural Solutions Kit in January, and placed a 100 PV LRP order in February, you would see those rewards in March.

Q: Can anyone purchase the Natural Solutions Kit?
A: Yes, anyone can purchase the Natural Solutions Kit at any time. There is no limit to how many kits may be purchased. However, to qualify for Fast Track, you must purchase the Natural Solutions Kit on your first order.

Q: I purchased the Natural Solutions Kit on my first order, but don’t want to place an order the next month. Can I place a 100 PV LRP order in a future month and still qualify for Fast Track?
A: No, your 100 PV LRP order must be in the following month after registration. You may not skip a month.
