Here's the BOGO Guide for you to be prepared: 

• WHAT IS A BOGO?
  BOGO stands for 'Buy One, Get One'.

  Throughout the year, we launch occasional BOGO offers: if you purchase a specific featured essential oil, you receive another essential oil or related product for free during the promotion period.

• HOW MANY BOGO OFFERS ARE BEING OFFERED??
  There are following BOGO offers available:
  • BOGO Offer 1: Buy Essential Eye Cream and get Cypress Oil (15ml) free.
  • BOGO Offer 2: Buy Hydrating Cream and get Lemongrass Oil (15ml) free.
  • BOGO Offer 3:Buy Pore-Reducing Toner and get Lemon Eucalyptus Oil (15ml) free.
  • BOGO Offer 4:Buy Vetiver (15ml) and get Cilantro (15ml) free.
  • BOGO PV Offer: Place a 200 PV order ( single invoice ) and receive a dōTERRA Arborvitae Essential Oil (5 mL) — absolutely FREE during February 16 — 20, 2026.
  • BOGO Box Offer: Buy all three — Essential Eye Cream, Hydrating Cream, and Pore-Reducing Toner — and receive Cypress Oil, Lemongrass Oil, Lemon Eucalyptus Oil + Lavender Touch FREE.

• FOR HOW MANY DAYS WILL THE BOGO BOX BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?
  The BOGO offers will be available for purchase during the following period:

  Start: Monday, 16th February 2026 at 12:30 PM IST (12:00 AM MST)

  End: Saturday, 21st February 2026 at 12:30 PM IST (12:00 AM MST)

• HOW DO I KNOW WHEN THERE IS A BOGO OFFER?
  We announce BOGOs on the dōTERRA India Website, Virtual Office, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Stack Team App.

• HOW CAN I PURCHASE THE BOGO OFFER?
  You can purchase the BOGO offers through your dōTERRA Virtual Office using your dōTERRA id and password. Simply add the 'Buy' product to your cart and the 'Get' item will be automatically added for FREE.

• IS THERE A PURCHASING LIMIT?
  A purchasing limit of 5 per account applies to each BOGO combination.

• WILL THE ORDER BE COUNTED AS AN LRP ORDER IF IT HAS JUST THE BOGO ITEMS?
  If the order has just the BOGO items, it will still be counted as LRP order (Excluding first month orders). One needs to be opted into LRP program to earn LRP points if the order is 50 PV and above.

• CAN I USE MY EXISTING LRP POINTS TO BUY THE BOGO?
  No, you cannot use LRP points to buy BOGO offer.

BOGO 200PV FAQ

• Q: How many times can I qualify for the BOGO 200 PV promo?
  A: You can qualify for the 200 PV promo up to 4 times.
  Example: If you have four invoices of minimum 200 PV in a month, you will get 4 Arborvitae Oil (5ml).
  If you have 5 invoices of minimum 200 PV in a month, you will get 4 Arborvitae Oil (5ml) on the first 4 qualifying invoices.

• Q: Can I earn two free Arborvitae Oil (5ml) if my order is 400 PV?
  A: No, only one Arborvitae Oil (5ml) will be added for each order that is 200+ PV.

• Q: Can I place multiple orders to qualify?
  A: No, your 200 PV must be from one single invoice.

• Q: What if I placed multiple orders in the month?
  A: Please contact Member Services for further assistance.
