Did you register for Diamond Club in December? January is preparation month. Here are some basic tips on how to prepare well:
Plan all trips at least one month ahead. (Also decide how many trips you are going to take.)
Decide what your Diamond Club goal is. (For example: find a third leg or fourth leg, hit a new rank, or develop an area – Edmonton, win a prize, or add so many new team members or Wellness Advocates each month.)
Pick a strategy to meet that goal. (If your goal is to develop an area, then plan to travel to that same area two or three times each month so that you are digging one deep well rather than four shallow ones.)
Decide on your promotions and let your team know. Decide if you want to add to the Diamond Club promos already offered. (For example we gave out a Wild Orange and magazine for every 100PV and over enrollment, and a textbook for every LRP order over 100PV the following month.)
Set up a way to communicate with your team. (This would be through team meetings, Facebook groups, conference calls, online meetings, etc.)
Meet with key people and do some goal setting with them. From there choose you are going to work with.
Listen to the Diamond Club calls every week.
Discuss with your spouse what tasks they can take over to ease your load. (A few ideas include help with meal prep, laundry or house cleaning, inputting orders or attending classes).
Read and re-read the rules.
Decide what supplies you are going to need. (For example: extra product guides, extra tear sheets, extra roller bottles. Make sure all your power points are in order and ready to use. )
Don’t plan to teach all the classes. (Remember the point of diamond club is to help get an area or new builder up and on its feet – so they have to teach too. Do a lot of co-teaching and back up.)
Do everything to take care of yourself. (Get your sleep. Take your LLV and DDR Prime®. Get an AromaTouch® as often as possible. Eat well. Plan your meals with your hosts when you travel, you are traveling for them so they can feed you. Make healthy food choices when traveling and pack lots of fruits and veggies and healthy snacks. )
